Each year, Android fans hold up for Google’s other show Android gadget that serves a format for other manufactures to reproduce or take motivation from. Google has a wide range of products that we make available in different regions around the world. We determine availability based on a variety of factors, including local trends, and product features. We decided not to make Pixel 4 available in India. We remain committed to our current Pixel phones and look forward to bringing future Pixel devices to India.

Based on the official confirmation, ready to expect the reason behind the unavailability of the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL in India may well be connected to its poor sales within the nation. Whereas the more reasonable Pixel 3a made a difference to Google increase its deals by 88% within the U.S. with its $399 pricing, and it unsuccessful to create a mark in India.

This is often since of the much higher cost in India compared to roughly $570 at the time of the launch. At that cost, Indians have much more attractive alternatives counting the OnePlus 7 and the more up to date OnePlus 7T, Redmi K20 Pro, and ASUS ROG Phone 2.

According to Prabhu Ram, Head-Industry Intelligence Group (IIG), CyberMedia Research (CMR), the smartphone camera experience is something that consumers rank high, and care about enough to upgrade to a new smartphone. “This is where Google Pixel with its best-in-class camera capabilities has an advantage. Where the Pixel has faltered is in getting its pricing and go-to-marketing strategy right,” said Ram.
